You better just quit until things are back to normal. Unless you enjoy diarrhea or need to flush out the bowels. Then use lower doses like 6 drops more often. The Higher PPM of higher doses can cause stomach pain.

Some can get used to high doses but it takes a long time. Why take the larger doses if you don't have to?
