Since I'm in the trenches doing the IP, and have my own laundry list of necessary teas and tinctures +++, I think it would be a wise idea to do your "original" list for a month or two, see how your body responds on those (and I am thinking it would be good for folks to post/document their findings here since we have several fellas that are about to get going on the full IP...yay from the cheerleader section!), and THEN start "experimenting/testing out" the other formulas.

For instance, one of the issues in my personal package is "mood swings." I can't say I have full blown depression, because a lot of times I feel delightfully happy and content. I'm certainly not bipolar, but at times I get emotionally hurt or my tender heart breaks over something, and I "crash" (have an emotional meltdown). St. John's Wort and the Nerve Sedative formula added to my basic IP program have been a great blessing to me. Right now I really need these herbs.

Contrast those herbs with B&B tincture. Man! I would LOVE to get behind the mystery of that formula. I am like Uny, and Solmare, I suspect that you will be this way, too, in that I do not want to recommend a formula to someone that I have no experience with. I don't know if B&B would help me or not. Dr. Christopher sure had some awesome things to say about it. But it's kind of a pain in the rear to apply
(imho), and to use it, I would have to figure out how to do it AND what I am currently doing with BF&C, which I absolutely HAVE to have for my situation.

So, my penny's worth of thought is to start with what Uny advised, see how you respond to that, and then maybe learn to make your own herbal products. Then test them out on yourself as you progress through the IP.

I am so excited for you, Solmare. You just don't know.

Big hugs,

Wings
