This tends to be a dietary and/or circulation problem. More fresh foods will help - also stopping periodically during the day to put your feet up. Sometimes the baby can sit it a way that will affect circulation and lymphatic drainage. Putting a fresh parsley poultice around the ankles will also help to pull the fluid off.
