I am starting a juice fast tomorrow. I was going to start it today but it is the 4th of July, and unfortunately I will be eating some food. Anyway, I started exercising but I need to lose these last 50 lbs. So I am trying to completely change my regime. I will continue to exercise everyday but I will also like to go on a juice fast until the rest of the weight is gone an then continue with a Raw Lifestyle. I was wondering if there was anyone out there that would like to be an email "Buddy" on my trip. We can encourage each other and trade recipes.

I just got a juice machine and I am excited to start using it!

Also if you have been on a juice fast before, were you able to lose the amount of weight you wanted? How long did it take you? Do you have any advice on what juices I should have specifically?
