I got cured right after surgery and food combining does not affect me now.

But before being cured I did focus on a veggie diet with lot's of dark greens to keep the bacteria in check.

My advice is to get tested with all the lab work to find out the ROOT of your problem. Get tested for H.pylori, for candida, etc.
