Thank you so much on shedding a lot of information about this herb. We started taking this without a lot of info just my gut feeling. Now, I'm rest assured especially you are also taking this on the daily basis.

H, how do you know a lot about herbs and health? You said you didn't go to school, but you are really amazing. So far, I know that you use to run triathlon, then how did you branch out to becoming a "MH". I'm just so thankful that we have you here.

About the Chinese licorice root, this one I can get my hands on. How do you usually take this herb, H? How often?
