I have a similar question about kava. I'm thinking of using it as a sleep aid. I just bought some serious kava. What do you think of kava in general and should it be avoided while on IP? This is what I bought. It arrived today. This is mighty potent stuff. I've used kava in the past but not in about 10 years.
