I have hypoglycemia and I find that any die-off makes it worse. I think somehow the candida toxins can have an effect on my blood sugar....I read this can happen on another forum. I have to be very careful with the die-off. Take it carefully - its not pleasant and yes I can sympathise dealing with hypo every day, its not easy.
