Ok, no mentioning of dietary causes it is!

I am not sure if you remember, but boxers get hit in the face and have "puffy eyes" (aka swollen and bloodied "black eyes") far more frequently than us non-boxers who probably have reasons of diet or sleep deprivation behind our baggy eyes.

I think you are on the right track - go see a cosmetic surgeon and see exactly what you have had shaken loose.

On a side note, boxers that are vain about their facial features are funny like a lion that complains about getting thrown an uncooked steak.
