I am sorry your having such health issues you sound very uncomfortable. Since you posted this in the HWS forum I am sure you won't mind me saying that I personally feel you would have nothing to lose by sending your saliva and 100.00 to David Alan Slater at HWS and see what he has to say.
Maybe its H-Pylori causing the ulcer and if so you probably have campylobacter too which is the mother load you would need to get rid of both. There are many things it could be.

As for the rash if it is shingles isn't that usually caused from the chicken pock virus? is chicken pocks a virus I just went brain dead...LOL

Whatever you decide to do I wish you the best keep us posted.
