if they are a threat, the answer is yes. If we find out they are about to mount an offensive against us then yes. What hope do we have if we wait, what hope does the world have?
Are you unaware of the absolute evil of these dictators?
The thing that makes muslim terrorist so dangerous, over the others is that they think they are rewarded when they die killing innocents. That makes them suicidal with all the perks.
