Why would someone call demanding money back on a product that clearly states in capital letters that no returns are accepted prior to accepting the order?

Why would a busy person stay on the phone ands listen to yelling when they could be speaking with someone who is really interested in what they have to say?

This website has a disclaimer. Aren't disclaimers required for all non-prescription health products?
