hello everyone...
some of you know me, that i'm often posting with digestive problems and, i don't mean to bother you all but, i'm having such a hard time... i try vegetables/prunes/fiber crackers/cleanses/exercise/chlorophyll/liver flushing/orthophos/herbs (all to stimulate bile), and the occasional saltwater flush (the only thing i don't do - and no judgement to the many people who do this and, i know i'm missing out on a good thing - is enemas... i just can't...) and, i just cannot find anything to help keep my sytem working, and lately, when i can finally go, i realized there is mucous - which i've never had before...
and the more you use this stuff, you know, i am getting afraid i won't be able to go without SOME sort of aid ...i feel like my peristaltic contractions are weak, barely noticeable - i've read about supplements (like Dr. Schulze ) that say they'll "restore" peristalsis but i was wondering if there's any way i can help strengthen my body's own internal muscles and process? maybe there is no such thing, but... here's hoping!

SOMEDAY i'm gonna get this under control and hopefully i won't need to ask of you so much anymore...
