The issue is that nobody here can prove one way or the other.

There are hundreds of posted links to places you can buy machines, herbs, vitamins, and the kitchen sink. IF you got money, we got the links!

Those who post such links probably have no financial ties to these referrals.

However, only the shadow knows for sure!
