That depends on what black mold you're looking for. There are hundreds of molds that turn black. Sounds like the main thing you need to identify is the Condition of the environment you're living in, how that environment can be remedied of abnormal mold types and levels, and you should talk to your doctor about specific sensitivities you may have to molds. Depending on the inspection you have performed the test results, along with a properly generated analytical report, can aid you and your doctor (as well as the indoor environmental consultant) in developing a friendlier environment to live.

For a directory of CIEC and CIE go to http://www.iaqcouncil.org
or http://www.iaqa.org;
for a directory of CIH go to http://www.aiha.org.
These professionals can inspect, test and consult you through a pollution problem. Make sure none of them have ties to a construction, mitigation, restoration or remediation company as this would be a conflict of interest (they'd have a financial gain in telling you there is a problem).

Also look up a good Allergy/Immunology doctor in your area (if you don't have one already) to help you with your health related concerns. The American Academy of Allergy Asthma & Immunology has some good information and a directory of doctors that may help: http://www.aaaai.org/.

Another good resource on mold and allergens is: http://www.solutionsiec.com/allergens.html
and http://www.solutionsiec.com/Microbes.html.
I hope this helps.
