Grz, I think a lot of the newbies don't understand how moderating works here on curezone. And even maybe some of the old timers. This is not a perfect moderating system. It is inherently flawed, and to be honest, I don't think you could design a perfect one here. It would always get ctiticized, as it has since the start, and it has undergone changes. A few years ago the Webmaster decided to change the system from a handful of "global" moderators who had moderating powers over all forums (with the exception of maybe some of the private ones), to a system of many moderaters, each with only a small handful of forums. And a few of the old global moderators are still around and have greater powers. But....in essence a bunch of new moderators were brought in, and in many cases, at least two or three for a forum. So... like it or not, there is no set standard. And in terms of the Debate Forums ......go back and read the history (not you Grz). Very few posts are given ratings, unlike Support Forums . That is the way it has always been.
So....it is an imperfect system, but one that people need to deal with. Which is not to say that you can't make suggestions over on the Webmaster support forum...Just do it in a tactful way. The Webmaster always listens... Doesn't mean he will always make changes, but the system of moderating has been changed dramatically once since I have been here, so who knows. Yet, it will always boil down to humans making imperfect decisons and judgement calls. And that has been here since day one.
