I know RG does NOT promote changing the diet, but the realization of the possibly of having parasites freaked me out and caused me to lose sleep for a few nights. My sister had them and told me about them. I purged for parasites and determined to create an unwelcome envirement for them.

Cleaned up my diet and it's been 5 and a half years and now I wouldn't change my diet for anything... I love eating healthy. I believe in purging a couple of times a year 'just in case' I pick something up. I don't have pets any more, and don't want any... but they can be easily dewormed.
