Hidden Agenda - The world Is an attention grabbing placard, that I and my daughter designed for our first demonstration against War in Afghanistan. The graphics comprise a superimposed picture of the President of the USA , resting on top of the World. It may come as a surprise to know that actually there are a lot of people in Britain, totally opposed to any war with anyone.There has already been several demonstrations, the last of over 400,000 people marching peacefully on the streets of London. There are active groups all over the country under the Stop The War banner. London will see over a million people take to the streets on the 15th February, as will many other group across Europe.#At the last demonstration I was interviewed about my placard by a guy wanting me to tell those in the Mid West of the USA, what I meant. Economic,political and military might is the only agenda of the USA. Their military expansion has now extended to the North Yorkshire Moors, where they are set to 'defend' your country in our name/ and in our backyard. Study the history books, keep an open mind, don't believe all the media tell you, and certainly don't believe what this President is telling you. One only has to study the body language and you will soon see the lies and deceit that is emulating forth. Believe what is in your heart about the common people of this world and you may come up with a truer picture. The next campaign after any incursion into Iraq or elsewhere , will see a growing movement of ant-americanism across the world. That will surely promote terrorism, and will do nothing to prevent it.
