I agree with Detoxygenation. I have done nearly 50 LFs over the last 7-8 years and I always get diarrhea within an hour from the first ES. The nice thing about it is I am already cleaned out by the next morning and it is very easy to see what the liver has pushed out, be it stones, chaff, sludge,parasites, or whatever. I actually usually delay take the OO/GF mix by an additional half hour as by then the diarrhea slows way down or stops for a few hours and I can swallow the OO/GF and lay down and go to sleep. In the morning I only drink one ES dose, and I run till about 3 pm.
