My first few times i could hold coffee for about 5 minutes and there was even one time when i was able to hold it for 15! But lately every time i put coffee in it has to go out in the next minute and i tried really hard to hold it in, but its impossible!

I used SA Wilsons Coffee, 2 tablespoons boiled in 5 cups of water for 5 mins and then let it cool down on a warm stove over an hour or so. Have also tried a medium roast organic coffee, but the effects are even worse - i feel immediate need to eliminate once i pump it in.

I've tried doing a water preflush on numerous occasions but without any success, i've also tried using a less concentrated solution but no luck either. I've done about 10-20 enemas so far.

Any suggestions? Or are enemas just not my thing?
