Sorry, I didn't notice you had replied to my message a while ago. I hope that single drop unactivated will work for you. That is how I take a small dose now, and it seems to work well. However, I have read a posting from someone who tried taking two drops unactivated and had a bad reaction. The theory is that it is activated by the hydrochloric acid in your stomach, and that happens quickly. If you take too much (I would say that's more than one drop) then the reaction is too extreme.

For dental issues, I rinse my mouth with a stronger unactivated solution: 3-5 drops in a cup of water. Swish it in your mouth, then spit it out and rinse with fresh water. Do not swallow a solution at this strength.

I would love to hear the end of the story with the bladder infection. Did you manage to get rid of it?
