Hi Willowwisp, I'm on the IF# 1 & 2 but just for the last few days have I been taking the #2 the full five times a day.  I've been doing both for 10 days now and I'm also not seeing anything unusual.  I am seeing all the same things you are, firmer, dark green looking, and more frequent movements.

I've read in previous posts and from what Uny has said that in some people you might have to do more than one round of the bowel cleanse. I've always had constipation, my whole life so I'm thinking it will take a lot longer for me to see the gunk coming out.  I wouldn't be surprised if I had to do several rounds before I see what I'm supposed to see coming out like the mucoid casings I've heard people talk about.  I chock this up to a lifetime of bad eating habits on top of the constipation problem I've always had.

So now you know what's happening to me is the same as is happening to you LOL.
