Whole food is whole as in complete and the digestive tract is the ultimate extraction unit.Enzymes are not alive they are as they are and they fulfill there purpose.Juice is a fraction of the whole food and most of the nutrients end up with the fiber in the container.The fiber of a carrot after juicing is still orange after juicing.Run the same carrot through your bowels and no orange will be left after the glorious extractor is finished.Juicing is great but it is the most wasteful as well.
