.. but I have a few more.. don't shoot me, ok? ;)

1. I'm on day 10 of the IF#1 and IF#2... when will I start seeing the bad stuff come out, like mucoid plaque? the only changes I've seen in my stool are.. they are more frequent.. they are dark green (due to the clay, I presume) and they are firmer.. but when will I start to pass all the plaque, and built up gunk?

2. I'm on day 5 of a 5 day kidney cleanse (using the tea and tincture).. I will be doing a second 5 day cleanse at the end of the month... what are the signs I should look for that it is working? my urine looks the same, other than a greater output, but I'm drinking tons of water because of the colon cleanse, so that explains that...so, how will I know that my kidneys are completely cleaned out?

I think that's it.. sorry, again.. I'm just trying to learn...
