Thank you Uny.  So I guess even though I'm not on the IP I shouldn't be using the VitaMix while doing the bowel cleanse because it produces fecal matter sawdust YUCK!!!

But I'm not juicing so I guess I'll just water fast while doing the bowel cleanse because any food taken in would be fecal matter sawdust I guess.
