I've been on and off candida diet for a year now, the first time I went on it my bloating and gas have completely disappeared. Whereas before I had it pretty much after eating anything, now it's only after eating salads with certain dressings...I was left only with unbearable tiredness..

I started taking 3lac about a week ago and my tiredness has nearly disappeared. I still feel absolutely exhausted first thing in the morning but that only lasts about 10 mins and I used to feel extremely tired early afternoons so badly that I could not keep my eyes open but then back to normal in the evening...

I am not sure whether that 3lac is doing miracles but I feel great..amazing!! I bought two boxes and am now on 2 packs a day, should I increase the dose?? I feel really good!!!! I am just worried that once I come off it I will be back to square one...Any thoughts on this??
