I've been using the All in One kit for the past week. I haven't seen anything funky coming out of me yet. So i was thinking of just jumping into the OJ fast for who knows how long. My diet is ok. I mainly consume raw foods and have been doing so for the past 3 years. A couple of months ago i introduced some cooked food along with some dead rotting animal flesh. I just wanted to see what would happen. Well I didn't die but i did put on a few pounds. I'm just wondering since i've been eating pretty decently the past few years if it would be alright just to jump into the fast. I'll be doing the all in one cleanse at the same time.

On another note. I've been having fun using the sprays on everything. I haven't had any results that i read on the testimonials yet though. I spray it on my face, shot some up my nose, sprayed in on some itchy spots, took a couple shots in the mouth, sprayed it on sore muscles. The only thing that happens is i cough a little. Thats it, no miraculous results. Not yet at least. Time will tell as i keep playing with the sprays.
