Oh, speaking of counseling/therapy.....Well, I had to STOP THERAPY BECAUSE I WAS SO ASHAMED TO EVEN TALK ABOUT THIS. I didn't want her to get grossed out and think I was a freak. It was consuming my life, and so we couldn't focus on the whole reason why I and my family were there in the first place!!!! My counseler wanted me to talk about it because she knew I was carrying huge burden, but I just told her some things about this, without the details. She didn't really understand but I just said once I got control over it, I'd be back.
