I have never stopped being "mentally distressed". I am disturbed every single day that I have parasites. I thought it would be easy, and I'd be done. I have never really seen anything in the toilet, but I have seen suspicious things elsewhere. To discusted to even discuss it. I have come to realize this is a very long road to recovery. I know I need to keep cleansing, and that it is much more complicated than just taking a parasite cleanse. I know that I am not as sick as others on here, so I am determined to do what ever it takes to go through the process. It is not easy and the most challenging thing I have ever faced. I am exploring different things now, and I'm hoping I'm on the right path.
