Nor lair, nor crazy, my all family is very slim. I can send you my pictures if you want to. I do not understand, why people can not express their opinions here. :(
I weighted 105LB and went on orange juice fasting for 10 days. After 10 days I weighted 95LB and my body fat was 11%. I've never lifted weights, although, I always like to do cardio a lot of cardio like hiking, bicycles, rock claiming.
