how confusing. I'm in a similar position except that my dentist wont talk about chelation or diet at all . . . I thought I had my candida under control too, but since I started taking chlorella and had the first Amalgam replaced last week I've been a total wreck and I'm sure the candida has all come back . . . without chicken I would be lost. eggs I'm still not sure about: I think they give me problems but cant isolate it . . . . good luck. (I think you should ignore your dentists dietary advice and let him do his job on the teeth and trust your own instincts on the rest. Everyone has a different opinion on diet. The garlic onion thing sounds rubbish to me . . . though I know it isnt the wonderful cure-all some people claim.
