Yes, I'm swamped AND buried (but I'm going to be taking care of that by mid July...for those other forum folks that are wondering).

In the meantime...yes, I have read all your posts, and I'm just heading off to bed. I'm planning on responding fully before I go to bed tomorrow.

Quickly: I recommend ditching the probiotic; yes, you'll want to start a complete & thorough intestinal cleanse/healing protocol asap (with IF#1/IF#2), plus likely slippery elm porridge (and possibly soothing enemas, of something like oh-so-gentle/relaxing catnip tea). I'll go into more details tomorrow.

Also, how many of the videos that I suggested have you made it through? and which ones? - and how do you feel about the info?
