There is an audio book in the audio section of curezone called the Science of being well.You might want to give it a listen,it does have religious overtones to it but its very practical in all things.The healing power lies within and the only faith that is needed is in yourself.We are human be ings so be healthy be at peace and except that things are as they are and all things are OK.May you be blessed with vibrant health and vitality.
