Good point, Ed. The supplementation is necessary to make up for the short comings of present-day food. But I agree that, if we can get them, nutrition from natural sources is better. For now, I see a combination of the two as the proper road.

The bright side is that I have noticed, ever so slowly, there are more organic products showing up in the super markets. Let us keep the pressure on them for more and at more affordable prices.
