that's rough. I'd tell you my way but its not simple and chances are you wouldn't be able to implemnt it anyhow. If it were me, I'd call the dentist's emergency line and have them prescribe some antibiotic. They give that stuff out like candy anyhow, it's not like it used to be and obtention of amoxil, VK, etc shouldn't be an issue. My buddy had an infection in his jawbone and the bone literally turned to jelly, went soft. Not trying to scare you at all, just relating the seriousness. If you can get some Antibiotics from an MD that would probably be helpful. I had similar and tried oils of wintergreen, clove, etc., those alleviate symptoms but don't remedy the underlying cause and bacterial overgrowths in the mouth spread like wildfire because bloodflow in those areas is generally restrictive. Plus, I know absolutely nothing about your history, habits, and am not a doctor, just sharing my own experience.
