The schisandra would be fine for you, but not her. Schisandra contains immune stimulating polysaccharides, which would counter the antirejection drugs.

Bitter foods, such as arugula lettuce and dandelion greens, will be a better choice for her.

Lecithin granules are also excellent for the liver.
