No problem. I always appreciate input. Thing is, most of the things you mentioned I have tried in the past without much luck. I'm just glad I am having die-off because it shows me that it's working! Have a bit of a wretched headache right now, but David warned me that could happen. I'm going to stay at this dose for a couple of more days, before moving to a full capful.
