Sometimes it is minute by minute for me. The key for me is staying in the moment and trying to find some quiet time to listen to my body and what it is trying to tell me it needs. I don't always listen and I too feel like a failure at times and I project into the future and get the squirrel cage spinning so damn fast, but try to take a step back and look at all your options. Which one feels right to you? Which one stands out and make sense? What is each trying to accomplish? Band-Aid or healthy cure? For me it is not knowing how long it will take and also having some doubt, but I am trying to be patient and trying trust my instincts and let that be my guiding light. Sending you much love!
