This fear around raw food is lunacy. Some animals in the wild get worms, and they stop eating regular food and start eating herbs ext to get rid of them. You want to cook the hell out of your food, fine. The consequence of that is degeneration. Plain and simple. Raw meat/dairy from a healthy animal is perfectly fine to eat and if the time comes when you get poisoning from it you stop eating and start cleansing. That's a HEALTHY cycle of life. Being afraid of raw food is just silly.
