I would read Barefoot's Calcium Factor or Death by Diet and make up your own mind. Frankly, I am suprised he did not get in trouble quite some time ago...as do most people who expose the medical and pharmaceutical companies for what they are. He has put together the work of over 60 nobel prize scientists in these books.

My family and I have used 2 brands of CC that he has endorsed including the supreme...and they have immeasurably helped all of us, especially my 2 autistic nephews and my mother who has Parkinson's (only thing that has helped dramatically)

His books bring together in a scientific manner much of the things I've been reading on energy healing, the body electric, nutrition etc.

Never believe hearsay...make up your own mind

Sunlight is essential to health...one does still get a significant amount of ultra violet rays through clouds, and if we weren't so phobic about the sun we would all be much healthier.
