I found it interesting when reading Barefoot's book "THE CALCIUM FACTOR" that he makes up a mixture of ground up supplements including coral calcium, additional calcium citrate and magnesium citrate that he calls Hunza Powder. I wonder why he take extra calcium and magnesium if coral calcium has it all.
I've recently orders the coral calcium supreme and started taking it. Don't know if I've noticed any difference.
