A few things jumped out at me...to investigate, but I did not read your post very carefully..

Slow to heal bruising can be 3 things. zinc, iron, or B vit deficiency.

Overweight...maybe caused by thyroid issues.
Everything could be caused by mercury toxicitiy but it is hard to tell.
