The flush recipe requires a certain amount of Epsom Salts , oil, lemon or grapefruit juice, and coke(depending which recipe). If you are using less because your stomach can only contain so much, the results might be hindered. However, if it was me i would try to get down what i could, it wouldnt hurt to try. I've heard testimonies where people lost a lot of weight doing flushes, it was on Youtube, who knows maybe you would no longer need the clamp by flushing. :)
