Hello,
I am glad I found this forum. I am having some major hormonal issues. I have weak adrenals and know what to do pretty much for that but I need some help with what I know is perimenopause. I have crashed my adrenals recently and am so fatigued that I am awake but feel sleep. All I want to do is sleep. I am doing bad and really need some support. My symptoms are:

Exhausted
sleepy
anxiety/panic attacks
irritable/cranky
emotional
insomnia
hypoglycemia,(increases just before periods)
weight gain
poor memory/concentration
many many more.

I am 40 years old and this has been going on for 4 years now and I am ready to stop the madness.
