I am so grateful to have found out four years ago how toxic I was! It took four years of major effort, but I am feeling fantastic and looking forward to menopause.

I was having joint pains, headaches (particularly around menstruation), VERY difficult periods (like almost time to go to the ER), could NOT lose weight with diet and exercise... terrible skin troubles, spiky emotions... etc. etc.

ALL of the above and lots of other stuff is in the past. I can easily feel when I have overdone it, and I get back on the Cleansing Trail!!
