Great post... great menopause experience! I wholeheartedly agree with your concept.

I cannot imagine what going into menopause carrying the toxic waste I had four years ago would have meant! Now that I am pretty darn clean (four years of constant effort later) I turned 50 last week with a clean pink colon and am actually looking forward to menopause!
