Yes, it is for 10 days. The Diloxanide and Secnidazole can be sent to the USA if your doctor orders it from the Australian clinic. I was able to get my doctor to order it. I don't know what countries it is available in. You can only get the Septrin DS in the USA and the other 2 drugs have to be sent from Australia.
