I have also starting taking Super Enzyme Capsules before I eat and after I eat and will keep you posted on my progress but I can say that from me juicing my vegetables and eating them along with watching what I eat had reduced my odor. I'm not 100% but we'll see how the enzymes work for me I hope to eat some chicken due to the effect enzymes have on digesting proteins, starches, dairy etc. but I'll start slow but NEVER going back to a High Choline Diet.
