Uny and Wings will give you much support so this is just some thoughts while you wait for them.

I was reading last night about IF #2 and how it thickens up and grows inside of you to clean you out.

I might suggest that because these #2's are expanding and filling up with lots of "stuff" in your body that you are holding more weigh in these sponges (#2) then you would without the sponges in your colon.

This #2 sponge weight would be in your colon which is right there in your belly which would cause bending over to be harder, etc.

Just some thoughts I had when reading your post.

I also would like to reaffirm that being scared is natural too and that is why the support on curezone is so important!

Do your best to not project the next month out. As Schulze says 'tomorrow is what you believe today'.
