That's the second BSA post I have seen in the last few hours, wow!

Yes it is very inspirational. I am on that journey now, and I don't know where it is leading. Eating just veg has made me feel as though I am 30 again.

For me though it's more than just food. I mean if I wasn't eating right and it made so much difference, what else is there I can change?

So I am trying no soap so I don't wash the omega 3 oils off my skin, no shampoo to let my hair reach it's natural state. It seems to be working too, I get no Body Odor , probably because I am not putting junk into it.
